This is kind of an odd duck – the book reads like an advertising pamphlet of books to buy if you want to be vegetarian or learn more about healthy eating. There’s no other content and everything is lifted wholesale from the other books. Each cookbook’s cover is presented and then you’re instructed on where you can buy that particular book.
Contents: Part 1 features 1-2 recipes from 13 cookbooks. Part 2 has excerpts from 4 plant based living books.
So honestly, what we have here is a sampler/promotional item at 139 pages. I have several of the books already and there weren’t enough recipes collected to warrant the purchase of the book separately in order to have some of them collected into one place. And well, I’m already a proponent of plant based living so the excerpts from the books didn’t add to my knowledge or need to be read.
